McMurray Coin is committed to keeping our machines up and running. Once we have been informed that there is service needed on one of our machines the service call will be dispatched to our service department. The service department will log the call in our computer system and immediately our route supervisors and service technicians will be informed via email that we have a problem. The service tech will be dispatched to the location immediately. In most cases we can respond within 2 hours.
